Overview
E.T.C.'s hero power, Sign a New Artist, costs 3 gold to Discover a Buddy and unlocks at Tavern Tier 2. Buddies are not offered anywhere else any more, so he is the only way to see them — the whole pool spans Tiers 1 to 6, and the discover is capped at your current tier.
Signature Mechanic: The Buddy Pool
E.T.C.'s hero power, Sign a New Artist, Discovers a Buddy from the shared buddy pool. It unlocks at Tavern Tier 2 and offers buddies up to your current tier, so every tier you climb widens what he can sign — and since buddies are no longer offered any other way, this is the whole pool. His own buddy, Talent Scout, is in it too.
